The plans are published
Erin is an apartment building inside Central Park, the green centre of Meraas's City Walk district, and the developer describes its position within the community as a prime one with views to match. It was built across one, two, three and four-bedroom layouts, so it covers the same ladder of sizes as its neighbours in the park. Meraas records Erin as sold out. There is no published starting figure, no live release and nothing for the developer to allocate, so a buyer looking at Erin today is looking at an owner's apartment. Price on request is the honest answer, and the figure will be the seller's rather than the developer's.
One thing sets Erin apart from the other Central Park buildings in a way a buyer can act on: Meraas publishes floor plans for it, covering the one, two, three and four-bedroom layouts. The neighbouring buildings carry no plan set on the developer's pages. That matters more than it sounds. A plan lets you check the shape of a living space, where the kitchen sits, whether a second bathroom is genuinely usable and how much of the frontage each bedroom actually gets, before you spend a weekend viewing. It is not a substitute for the stamped plan attached to a specific apartment, but it is a starting point the sibling buildings do not offer.
Erin is also the least far along of the three, which changes the shape of a purchase here. The developer's internal inspection in March 2026 recorded 92.08% overall progress, while the Real Estate Regulatory Agency reported 87.05% following its inspection in February 2026. Substructure and superstructure both read 100% on Meraas's dials, with infrastructure at 95%. The developer's note describes snagging under way, internal finishes nearing completion, facade works close to finished, landscape and pool areas approaching their final form, and authority inspections in progress. Meraas expects the coming months to bring more snagging, more authority process and preparation for handover.
The facilities Meraas lists against Erin are the sporting end of Central Park: swimming pools with water-play areas, a play area for children, a running track, courts for tennis and for squash, a half-court for basketball, and an outdoor gym with fitness stations. It is a shorter published list than the one attached to Fern in the same park, so if a spa, a dog park or a nursery matters to you, check which of those are actually within reach from this building. Beyond the gates, the developer's drive times give the City Walk mall at one minute, Coca-Cola Arena at five, Jumeirah Beach at ten, and Burj Al Arab, La Mer Beach and Dubai International Airport at fifteen each. Wincasa Properties, an authorised sales partner for Meraas, handles resale enquiries here.
